Before we arrive at a quality final product, there is an entire process involved.

STEP 2: SPLITTING & STABILIZING
We cut the calibrated beams into planks.
These "first versions" are further processed based on the customer's requirements
STEP 1: CALIBRATE
The raw wood is carefully selected and inspected for any imperfections or defects. Only high-quality wood that meets the standards is chosen for further processing.
Afterwards the wood is stored in a hall to naturally stabilize and improve its quality.
STEP 4: SORTING OUT
we love perfection. (Head) cracks, pinholes, curvatures, ...
We take out as many flaws as possible so that the plank is 100% suitable for its application.
STEP 3: PLANING
At this stage, we process the planks into a refined plank with exact dimensions, a smooth surface, the right profiles,...
Our extensive and specialized machinery, which we build and maintain ourselves, helps us to work very precisely and to respond flexibly to every demand.
STEP 5: PACKING
With our quality packaging and our own trucks,
we guarantee, assure and promise that the product will be delivered to our customers in perfect condition.
Thermal treatment is a special process that can spectacularly increase the durability and quality of the wood.
The wood goes into an oven at a temperature of at least 200°C, where the nutrients are baked out of the wood.
